Had this idea for ages and finally excecuted it. rendering it was a pain in the "but" because the spherical transform is heavy weighted but has opacity 0....

what you are looking at is 9 different tiles all copying a spherical but are all rotated differently.

question to the viewer:
"would you rather see it in a cylinder framed thing?"

Oooh wow, this is amazing! This is my new personal favorite of your pictures. It's definitely fresh, unusual, VERY pretty and then you even picked a wonderful gradient. I'd love to see a version with the cylinder or maybe a version with the spherical PX offcentered. But just because I'm curious how it would look like! I don't think it can get much better than this!
